I’m the Founder & CEO of Dosso Beauty, a Black-owned organic beauty and haircare brand that creates clinically-tested, hypoallergenic products designed for people of color. Born and raised in West Philadelphia, I launched my company to fill a gap I saw in the market for clean, non-toxic beauty products after experiencing allergic reactions to traditional hair extensions.

I’ve grown my business into a thriving e-commerce and retail brand featured on platforms like GoPuff, Macy’s, and Amazon, and I have earned recognition on Forbes 30 Under 30 in Retail & E-commerce. My company’s mission centers on empowering confidence, education on healthy beauty care, and expanding access to quality products.
